Regional Sales Director will oversee the Trillium Flow Technologies valve brands Outside Sales Team in the United States and Latin America markets with a focus on Sarasin Relief Valves, RedPoint fast-track products and specialty Blakeborough/Hopkinson/A&M/Batley valve products. The individual will plan and implement sales strategies, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through channel partners.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:
Including but not limited to:
• Develop & implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develops and manages sales operating budgets.
• Financial metrics: Develop and manage metrics for revenue and gross margin objectives for TFT Valve products, including preparing sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales/forecast and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Develops and manages Regional Sales (RS) to maximize sales and achieve targets.
• Directs Regional Sales on channel partner sales forecasting activities related to goals, performance evaluation, and market and product coverage.
• Provides training, and performance evaluations to develop and manage sales plans.
• Reviews and analyzes channel sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
• Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce highest possible gross margin.
• Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, customers and key strategic partners.
• Through an effective Customer Relationship Management plan, meets with key clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating/closing deals.
• Provides market intelligence for product research and development
• Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business preferred
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in managing Industrial Valve sales team with demonstrated achievements in building sales
• Minimum 7 years total Commercial experience
• Demonstrated Background in valve sales with a focus on Pressure Relief Valve / Safety Valve a must
