Senior Inside Sales Lead

The Senior Inside Sales Lead will play a key role in driving the success of the Canadian business unit by leading inside sales operations, managing end-to-end order processing, and continuously improving sales support workflows. This position demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in inside sales, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, operational discipline, and leadership capability to enhance customer experience, support revenue growth, and streamline internal processes.

Primary Responsibilties include:

-    Provide end-to-end customer support for original and aftermarket equipment, including spare parts. Responsibilities include preparing and following up on quotations, processing purchase orders, and communicating technical information to clients.
-    Manage order confirmations, sub-vendor buyouts, and expedite orders using the ERP system to ensure timely delivery. Support the shipping department by inspecting and verifying shipment contents and maintain accurate filing systems for quotes and orders.
-    Liaise with internal departments to address customer and supplier inquiries, track correspondence, and help resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain high service standards.
-    Lead the inside sales team, providing guidance during quoting, order processing, and contract review through CRM software to ensure deadlines are met.
-    Support on order management ensuring all documentation, approvals and processes are completed accurately and on time.
-    Review and support negotiation of commercial terms, commercial disputes, warranties with customers to their resolution.

-    End-to-end support to the service team from quotation stage to job completion coordinating with logistics, procurement and service team.

-    Oversees and manage backlog, delivery slippage, and large order invoicing / billing.

-    Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including environmental, health and safety

-    Work closely with engineering, quality control and supply chain teams to meet customer specifications and delivery expectations.

-    Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales and operational performance.

-    Assist with day-to-day facility operations at our Mississauga location. 

-    Tracks and analyze data of operational metrics of the unit to continuously drive performance improvement.

-    Any other tasks commensurate with the position as requested by the commercial manager.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
-    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
-    Minimum of 5 years’ experience with proposals, projects and commercial management in an OEM or AM environment.
-    Previous experience with industrial rotating equipment and/or valves an asset.
-    Strong commercial and risk management knowledge.
-    Leadership experience.
-    1+ years supervisory or team lead experience an asset.
-    Effective communication skills.
-    Ability to take responsibility and make decisions in the resolution of problems.
-    Job requires to work from office.
