The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee the activities of the Quality Control Inspectors within our valve manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Quality Control Inspectors.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products.
  • Provide guidance and support to QC Inspectors in identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Train and mentor QC Inspectors on best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve quality control processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
  • Experience in the valve manufacturing industry.
