The Continuous Improvement Manager will drive process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and performance excellence initiatives to support operational excellence, quality improvement, and cost reduction strategies for the organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies, methodologies, and initiatives to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to identify improvement areas and develop action plans
- Implement Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and Kaizen events to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize workflows
- Monitor key performance indicators, metrics, and performance data to track progress, measure results, and drive continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with departmental leaders, supervisors, and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving
- Provide training, coaching, and support to employees on continuous improvement tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Communicate improvement initiatives, results, and best practices to stakeholders, management, and teams.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, or process optimization roles
- Proven track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and quality enhancements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Salary Range: $130-150k
