Aftermarket Parts Coordinator

The Aftermarket Parts Coordinator provides quotations and coordinates the sale of spare and replacement parts for Trillium products.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Review and evaluate customer bid specs to select equipment suitable for their request
• Define the technical scope of work and assure company can meet the requirements
• Obtain quotations for components/accessories/actuators to support the overall scope of supply
• Prepare formal quotations addressing the technical requirements
• Enter orders and prepare all technical documents to define the products internally
• Provide support and direction for the outside sales organization, Sales Representatives and TFT Service Department
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple tasks
• 2 year related experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with common computer programs and ERP business systems
• Experience with valves is a plus
• Experience in supporting engineered products is a plus
• Experience with International customers and Export compliance is a plus
