Trillium is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Shipping Associate to support our shipping operations in Ipswich, MA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with documentation, systems, and logistics coordination. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate shipments to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Tier 1 orders for partial or early shipment eligibility.
- Generate and prepare commercial invoices, delivery notes, and certificates of origin.
- Follow up on document pack requests to ensure completeness and quality.
- Compose and send document pack emails to the Quality team.
- Process orders in M3 ERP system.
- Audit order contents and verify delivery addresses for accuracy.
- Request release of orders from credit hold status.
- Scan and archive shipping documents digitally.
- Coordinate truck arrangements for shipments and subcontracted deliveries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in logistics or business a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., M3) preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with commercial shipping documentation.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Expected Pay Range: $17-20 per hour
