Business Need / Purpose of Role: As a Shipping Clerk at Trillium Flow Technologies, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. This position is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing shipping records, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process shipping orders, packing lists, invoices, and tracking updates.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers for pickups and deliveries.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy (documents, labels, packaging, and addresses).
• Monitor inventory levels in the shipping area and keep materials organized.Update shipping records, tracking information, and delivery statuses in the system.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to provide updates and respond to inquiries.
• Follow safety regulations, quality control procedures, and shipping guidelines.
• Assist with training new team members on shipping procedures as needed.
• Keep equipment and the workplace clean and orderly; enter time and production reports into designated systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety and ISO 9001/14001 requirements.
• Adhere to Trillium’s code of conduct, attendance standards, and company policies.Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or a related field.Basic proficiency with shipping software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, carrier requirements, and packaging standards is a plus.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred.

Work Environment:The noise level in the work environment will vary. In certain areas of the facility, personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and ear protection.
