Manufacturing Project Manager

Location: Fresno, CA
FLSA Classification: Exempt / Salaried
California Compensation Range: $75,000 – $115,000
(Compensation is determined by a combination of an individual’s relevant work experience and educational requirements.)

Purpose

The Manufacturing Project Manager at Trillium Flow Technologies is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing manufacturing projects in alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative fluid handling solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing projects, programs, and activities to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely execution.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between design, procurement, quality assurance, and other departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery requirements are met.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for quotations, contracts, and program-related inquiries or changes.
• Observe all safety and ISO 9001/14001 Requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to continuous learning.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment will vary. In certain areas of the facility, personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and ear plugs.
