Purpose of Role:

The IT Business Systems Manager for Business & Information Systems will oversee and manage the implementation, integration, and maintenance of all business-critical IT systems for our North American operations. This role includes responsibilities for e-commerce, AI initiatives, SaaS applications, and ERP systems, ensuring that these solutions are aligned with our organizational goals and drive operational excellence.

Strategic Planning & System Management

• Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of business systems across North America, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and support for our pump manufacturing site operations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that leverages AI, SaaS, and ERP solutions to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support business growth.
• Develop and execute IT strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives to align with business goals and drive digital transformation in North American operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, support, and solutions to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and global IT teams to identify technology needs, prioritize projects, and implement IT solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency

ERP Implementation & Management

• Lead the North American deployment and continuous improvement of the ERP system, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and effective integration.
• Identify and address gaps in current ERP functionality, and drive enhancements to meet evolving business needs, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with IT standards and regulations
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency

E-commerce & Customer Experience

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of our e-commerce platform, focusing on delivering an optimized user experience and supporting seamless integration with internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify and implement e-commerce improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Lead IT projects, implementations, and upgrades, ensuring successful delivery, user adoption, and alignment with business objectives
• Monitor IT performance, metrics, and KPIs to assess IT effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous IT service improvement.

AI & Automation Initiatives

• Develop and oversee AI initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and data-driven insights to improve business decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to incorporate AI tools and frameworks that deliver actionable insights and drive business innovation.

SaaS Applications & Vendor Management

• Oversee the selection, integration, and management of SaaS applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with IT security protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships for all SaaS providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and digital excellence in North American operations

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and support career growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the IT team and across the organization.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure all business systems adhere to security standards, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that protect the integrity of company data and systems.
• Observe all safety and ISO 9001/14001 Requirements.
• Responsible for adhering to the organization’s code of conduct, time and attendance and all other company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

California Annual Compensation Range:     $ 120,000 - $160,000 (DOE). 

This role is also eligible to participate in the organization’s annual discretionary bonus plan program, which is based on individual and company performance.
