Business Need / Purpose of Role:

Reference to supply buy-out components, such as Motors, Turbines, Seal & Systems, Lube oil, raw material and similar. Manage offers, negotiations and orders during our bidding &procurement phase.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

Including but not limited to:

• management of Trillium’s supplier portal for buy-out supplier requests through SAP

• negotiation of supplier offers during bidding phase including win-win agreements

• purchasing of goods and services in accordance with the standards and policies of Procurement

• purchasing negotiations

• management of purchase orders through SAP - ERP

• Sourcing / evaluation of new suppliers

• spend / saving analysis

• development of initiatives and strategies to maximize the use of framework contracts

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery and compliance

Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Unsupported image type. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or relevant (at least 5 years) working experiences in expediting and logistics field. SAP system experience is must
